The application (to the right) must be completed and turned in to your child's school social worker before you are able to participate in this program.
Jacara was a very talented person.  She was in Senior year at Indiana State studying Graphic Design.  I am a proud mom.  Jacara loved to make people laugh, spend time with her God Daughter and cousins and to paint and listen to music.  She is much loved and missed.  She also loved to shop.
